Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
ResScale respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The data controller for this website and our services is:
ResScale, trading as ResScale
Enschede, Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 97977535
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +31 6 189 269 04
2. What data we collect
- Booking a call: name, email address, company details and any answers you give when scheduling through our booking form.
- Contacting us: the information you send by email or phone.
- Clients: business contact and billing details needed to deliver our service and invoice you.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Usage statistics: anonymous page views and page speed measurements. These use no cookies and cannot identify you.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To schedule and hold calls with you and respond to your questions: steps prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest.
- To deliver our service and send invoices: performance of a contract and legal obligations (such as tax records).
- To keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used and how fast it loads: our legitimate interest.
4. Outreach on behalf of clients
When we run cold email campaigns for clients, we process business contact data of prospects (such as name, job title, company and work email). We do this based on legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. Every outreach email offers an easy way to opt out, and we stop contacting anyone who asks.
5. Third-party services
We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel: website hosting, and cookieless usage statistics (Web Analytics and Speed Insights).
- Calendly: scheduling calls. The booking form is loaded from Calendly.
- Wistia: hosting and playing the video on our homepage. Wistia may collect viewing statistics.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Billing records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We respond within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
