Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by ResScale. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or contract with us takes precedence where it differs from this page.

1. Our services

ResScale provides business-to-business appointment setting through cold email outreach. How we deliver the service and when meetings are billable is described in our Fulfillment Policy.

2. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business and ideal client profile.
• Review and approve outreach scripts before campaigns start.
• Attend booked meetings and tell us promptly about any no-shows.
• Make sure the services you offer prospects are lawful.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed individually and charged only for billable meetings as defined in the Fulfillment Policy. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Results

We work to book qualified meetings, but we cannot guarantee that any meeting results in a sale. Closing deals and delivering your own services remain your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to ResScale. Outreach copy written for you may be used by you for your own business once the related invoices are paid.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit.

7. Ending the agreement

Either party can end the engagement in writing, with the notice period agreed in the proposal or contract. Meetings that were already held and billable remain payable.

8. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the district where ResScale is based, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
